Cancellation Policy

The initial $9 consultation fee is nonrefundable. Orchestral Suite ($1080): Cancellations made 14 days prior to the scheduled delivery date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the delivery date. Duet Harmony ($432): Cancellations made 10 days prior to the scheduled delivery date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 10 days before the delivery date. Solo Melody ($108): Cancellations made 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the delivery date. For all services, any additional requests or changes after the final composition and delivery may incur additional charges. Please ensure timely communication and feedback during the music composition process to avoid delays.
