Cancellation Policy

The initial $9 consultation fee is nonrefundable. Orchestral Suite ($1080): Cancellations made 14 days prior to the scheduled delivery date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the delivery date. Duet Harmony ($432): Cancellations made 10 days prior to the scheduled delivery date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 10 days before the delivery date. Solo Melody ($108): Cancellations made 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the delivery date. For all services, any additional requests or changes after the final composition and delivery may incur additional charges.
